Teh concept? Well, Pein knows the game, and chess is a way to stragetically demolish your opponent, which is what I think Akatsui is doing. And as always, the Leader-leader, Tobi, is watching over things. I don't know why I drew them in a weirdo "weapons vault", but I wanted a dark room. And if you squint at the door, it says "Seal" (was going to look up jap, but didn't have time), so that means that whom ever it is facing against Pein-sama has got nowhere to go, which in turn bring about the idea that Pein and Opponent-san are in a deadlock with each other. So yeah.

Edit: Wanted room darker, but the lantern and the glow from door won over me . Tobi-sama's lighting on his cloak is a tad too light for me. And the shelf . Oh dear god... It also looks like my wall has some horrible wall-disease, it's actually suppose to be rot-type-stuff, maybe from dripping water since they forgot to hire a maintenance guy to repair the leak, or something. And don't ask me where Konan-san is, maybe outside the door...
